Abbey Olberts

Compliance Attorney

Abbey has been with ESAC since 2016 and manages the maintenance and updates of NAPEO’s regulatory database content as well as ESAC’s eFile library.

While in law school, Abbey worked as a paralegal in Little Rock law firms practicing in Estate Planning, Utility and Gas Regulatory Compliance, and Civil Litigation. Prior to earning her law degree, Abbey also spent two years teaching English in private academies and volunteering at an orphanage in Seoul, South Korea.

Abbey holds a B.A. in History from the University of Tulsa and a J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law. She is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and the Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers. On Friday nights during football season, the OIberts girls can be found cheering on Abbey’s husband as he coaches his high school team.
