Heather is Managing Counsel, Employment Law and Litigation and reports to the General Counsel and Sr. VP of Legal. She leads Insperity's litigation and HR legal practice group and provides legal support to the sales, operations and customer service organizations of the company.

Heather earned her bachelor's degree in Political Science & Government from Texas A&M University and her Juris Doctor law degree from Harvard Law School.
