Andy is a founding partner and principal at PrestigePEO located in Melville, New York. He is fundamental in promoting the PrestigePEO brand, negotiating employee benefit plan renewals, providing guidance on workers’ compensation and EPLI renewals, and managing the PrestigePEO 401(k) plan.

Andy has served as chair of NAPEO’s board of directors as well as chair of its State Government Affairs Committee. He currently serves as co-chair of NAPEO's New York Leadership Council. Andy has been a speaker for organizations such as the Institute for Financial Planning, The Nassau County Dental Society, The National Association of Health Underwriters, and the American Society for Certified Public Accountants. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and Finance from SUNY Oneonta.
