Dale is CEO and co-founder of Spirit HR where he demonstrates his entrepreneurial roots by developing services and solutions to help small businesses grow and succeed. He also founded Accord Human Resources in 1992 which, under his leadership, grew from a small office with 4 employees to a thriving multi-state PEO. Dale was instrumental in developing and lobbying for passage of the Oklahoma Professional Employer Organization Act to protect the rights and define the responsibilities of PEOs, client companies and their worksite employees. He is also active in NAPEO, including serving on various committees and as a past-chair.

An active member of the Oklahoma City community, Dale served on the board of trustees of the Foundation for Oklahoma City Public Schools, the board of the Allied Arts, and as board chairman for the Oklahoma Venture Forum. Dale has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska and is a certified public accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants and a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City’s Class XVIII. A respected leader and successful entrepreneur, Dale is a two-time nominee of The Journal Record's Oklahoma's Most-admired CEOs program.
