Dan is a senior business executive and a national authority on the formation, growth, operations, and profitability of PEOs. Dan was co-founder and CFO of National Business Solutions (the predecessor to Paychex Business Solutions) and co-founder and President of Oasis Outsourcing. He originally began his career as a CPA & CMA for Price Waterhouse.

He serves on the faculty of Florida Atlantic University, is a member of NAPEO and the NAPEO Accounting & Finance Committee, is a frequent contributor to the PEO Insider and guest speaker at NAPEO conferences, and is the PEO Industry Expert for the Employee Leasing Board in the State of Florida. Dan has a degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University and a Masters in Accounting Information Systems from the University of West Florida.
