Joe is the PEO Director of Reporting, SUI and M&A for Paychex where he produces PEO reporting metrics for senior leadership, manages State Unemployment profitability, and conducts due diligence on potential acquisition targets, including integrating any closed deals. Joe was previously the Controller of Oasis Outsourcing prior to Oasis being acquired by Paychex in 2018 and has over 23 years of PEO experience with Oasis/Paychex. As Controller of Oasis, Joe was responsible for annual audits, reporting and forecasting, acquisitions and integrations, debt compliance, implementing financial systems and controls, treasury and cash flows, accounts payable, and other various financial functions.

Joe earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northwood University and a Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.
