Hank has served 12 years in the PEO industry working as Nextep’s Director of Risk Management. He previously was Counsel at the Oklahoma Workers Compensation Court. He has served since 2022 on NAPEO’s board of directors and currently chairs the Oklahoma Leadership Council and the State Government Affairs Committee.

He has a bachelor’s degree in history from University of Oklahoma and a JD, Law from Oklahoma City University School of Law.
