Kris is Sr. Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at Paychex where he oversees the financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for the PEO. He is responsible for projecting and monitoring the financial impact of key initiatives and provides strategic direction to guide decision making within the PEO. During his tenure at Paychex, he has served as the Finance Manager for the Paychex Insurance Agency and worked in Corporate Strategy and Pricing.

Prior to joining Paychex, Kris worked as a Valuation Consultant for Empire Valuation Consultants where he performed business and asset valuations for hedge fund and private equity investments, business owners, accountants, and others in a diverse array of industries.

Kris received his MBA from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester.
