Bill is president/owner of Syndeo Outsourcing in Wichita, Kansas. He established his company in 2002 after spending three years as district manager for another outsourcing company. Bill was instrumental in passage of legislation in Kansas providing statutory recognition of PEOs. He has a passion for fostering the growth of entrepreneurship in Wichita and makes helping other entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship groups a high priority.

Bill served 4 years as a NAPEO board member and is co-chair of its 'NAPEO Gives Back' committee. He is a past president of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Kansas, a member of the East Wichita Rotary, serves on the board of directors for the Kansas Golf Foundation and is heavily involved with the Wichita Open, serving as an ambassador for the city’s premier golf tournament.
