Alex has served as Chief Legal Officer of Engage PEO for 11 years where he is responsible for all legal compliance, business development, M&A and unemployment claims. He previously served as General Counsel & EVP of Compliance with Resourcing Edge, Of Counsel with Heller Waldman P.L., President & Managing Partner with PEO Compliance Consultants, and VP and General Counsel with AlphaStaff Group.

He has a B.A., Psychology and Italian Studies from Wesleyan University and a J.D., Law from Cardozo School of Law.
