Kathy is the Director, PEO Tax Pricing & Solutions Design for Paychex where she oversees tax management, pricing and solutions design. During her tenure at Paychex, she has managed PEO compliance, including licensing / registration, ESAC accreditation and IRS certification.

Prior to joining Paychex, she was the Senior Director of Underwriting and Compliance and a member of the Strategic Leadership team for Oasis. During her tenure at Oasis, Kathy managed vendor and customer contracts, customer payments and collections, PEO licensing and accreditation, workers’ compensation and financial underwriting, pricing strategy, and acquisition operational integration. Kathy started her PEO career in 1994 at Professional Employee Management where she managed accounts payable, garnishments, HR, 401(k), and contract management. 

Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, graduating summa cum laude, from Florida Atlantic University.
