Steve has worked with Alcott HR since 2015 and serves as CEO. Prior to joining Alcott, he was COO and General Counsel for Abel HR Services and COO/EVP/GC for Compensation Solutions (now CoAdvantage). He is serving on NAPEO’s executive committee and is its New York Leadership Council co-chair. He has also served on NAPEO's SGAC, FGAC and LAC committees as well as its UI and Healthcare Task Force.

Steve earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from John Jay College (CUNY) and his Juris Doctor law degree from Ohio Northern University-Claude W. Pettit College of Law.
