Daniel has been with TriNet since 2020, where he leads the company’s Government Relations team as Executive Director and Senior Counsel, Government Relations. Prior to joining TriNet, he led state advocacy efforts at the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO). He remains actively involved in the industry, serving on NAPEO’s State Government Affairs Committee, Federal Government Affairs Committee, and the Legal Advisory Council. In addition, he serves on the Board of the Florida Association of Professional Employer Organizations.

Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida.
